One person injured in shooting on Washington Avenue

At least one person was injured in a shooting incident that took place in the 1200 block of Washington Avenue in Asbury Park, according to Charles Webster, spokesman for the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office.
The incident took place before 9:30 p.m. Monday, Webster said.
The victim suffered a non-life threatening injury, he said.
