Police ask public’s help in finding missing woman
May be travelling on public transit
The Asbury Park Police Department and the New Jersey State Police are asking the public for help finding a local woman who went missing on Feb. 2.
The 79-year-old Annie Cody was last seen on Asbury Avenue, officials said in a press release.
She is described as a black female, with short black hair with grey on the sides. She is said to be 5’ 4” tall, weighing 85 pounds.
Cody was last seen wearing glasses, a pink shirt, blue jeans, a black coat and white sneakers. At the time of her disappearance she was said to be on foot, using a walker for assistance, but officials say she may be using public transportation.
