Police ask public’s help in finding missing woman

May be travelling on public transit

1423692186_49341_oThe Asbury Park Police Department and the New Jersey State Police are asking the public for help finding a local woman who went missing on Feb. 2.

The 79-year-old Annie Cody was last seen on Asbury Avenue, officials said in a press release.

She is described as a black female, with short black hair with grey on the sides. She is said to be 5’ 4” tall, weighing 85 pounds.

Cody was last seen wearing glasses, a pink shirt, blue jeans, a black coat and white sneakers. At the time of her disappearance she was said to be on foot, using a walker for assistance, but officials say she may be using public transportation.
