From July 18 through July 24, the police department made the following arrests:

• On July 18, a 25-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance [CDS] in the 1100 block of Atlantic Avenue.

• On July 18, a 23-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with theft and contempt of court at police headquarters.

• On July 18, a 36-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS in the 1100 block of Atlantic Avenue.

• On July 19, a 38-year-old female from Shrewsbury was arrested and charged with criminal mischief, burglary, and violation of a restraining order at Police Headquarters.

• On July 19,  28-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with drug paraphernalia and contempt of court in the 200 block of Deal Lake Drive.

• On July 19, a 23-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS and contempt of court in the 200 block of Deal Lake Drive.

• On July 19, a 37-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS and drug paraphernalia in the 1500 block of Springwood Avenue.

• On July 19, a 42-year-old male from Keyport was arrested and charged with possession of CDS and obstruction of justice in the 1100 block of Atlantic Avenue.

• On July 20, a 46-year-old male from Brooklyn, N.Y., was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of weapons, hindering apprehension or prosecution, and contempt of court at the intersection of Springwood and Ridge avenues.

• On July 20, a 22-year-old male from Manalapan was arrested and charged with possession of CDS, manufacturing and distributing CDS, CDS distribution near school property, CDS distribution near a public place, drug paraphernalia, and contempt of court at the 500 block of Sewall Avenue.

• On July 20, a 19-year-old male from Norfolk, Va., was arrested and charged with obstruction of justice, possession of CDS, manufacturing and distributing CDS, CDS distribution near school property, CDS distribution near a public place, and drug paraphernalia at the 500 block of Sewall Avenue.

• On July 20, a 33-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing and possession of CDS at Boston Way.

• On July 20, a 28-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing, possession of CDS and contempt of court at the 1100 block of Asbury Avenue.

• On July 21, a 21-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS at the 1200 block of Monroe Avenue.

• On July 21, a 19-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at the 200 block of Third Avenue.

• On July 21, an 18-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest at the 200 block of Third Avenue.

• On July 21, a 36-year-old male from Spring Lake was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at the 900 block of Kingsley Street.

• On July 21, a 22-year-old male from North Caldwell was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at the 900 block of Kingsley Street.

• On July 21, a 21-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with failure to disperse at the intersection of Third Avenue and the boardwalk.

• On July 21, a 35-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with hindering apprehension or prosecution and contempt of court at the 100 block of Avenue A.

• On July 22, a 26-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS and contempt of court at the 600 block of Church Street.

• On July 22, a 50-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing at the 200 block of Deal Lake Drive.

• On July 22, a 37-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with shoplifting at the 1000 block of Memorial Drive.

• On July 22, a 57-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS at the 100 block of Ridge Avenue.

• On July 23, a 23-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with obstruction of justice at the 200 block of Third Avenue.

• On July 23, a 39-year-old male from Tinton Falls was arrested and charged with shoplifting at the 1000 block of Memorial Drive.

• On July 23, a 29-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing at the 1700 block of Grand Avenue.

• On July 23, a 24-year-old male from Matawan was arrested and charged with possession of CDS, drug paraphernalia, and defiant trespassing at the 1700 block of Grand Avenue.

• On July 24, a 28-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with theft at the intersection of Fourth Avenue and Main Street.

• On July 24, a 40-year-old male from Keansburg was arrested and charged with theft at the 800 block of Prospect Avenue.

• There were also numerous arrests for contempt of court.
