A 59-year old Neptune Township woman suffered facial and internal injuries when her car collided with an SUV at the intersection of Rt. 35 and Sunset Avenue, according to Ocean Township Police.

On Friday, Sept. 27, around 1:30 p.m. the Monmouth County Serious Collision Analysis Response Team responded to a motor vehicle crash on Rt. 35 and Sunset Avenue involving a late-model Chrysler operated by a Neptune Township woman and a Lincoln SUV driven by a 53-year-old male from Pleasant Valley New York, according to a release from the Ocean Township Police Department.
