Surf and Boardwalk Cams At Asbury Park Boardwalk
Tomai: The Asbury Park Boardwalk is one of the most beautiful waterfronts on the eastern seaboard
Along with free wi-fi along the Asbury Park boardwalk and beaches, Madison Marquette has announced the installment of surf and boardwalk cams.
The live boardwalk feeds have been installed from the North Beach to the entire length of the boardwalk to the South Beach area.
“This allows visitors to be better prepared by viewing beach crowds, surf, and weather conditions in advance,” boardwalk redeveloper officials said.
“We are pleased to promote the quality of our sports tourism with spectacular new Surf Cam views,” Madison Marquette’s Peter Tomai, managing director of investments said in written statement. “The Asbury Park Boardwalk is one of the most beautiful waterfronts on the eastern seaboard, popular not only for live music, shopping, and sunning, but surfing and paddle boarding which is sensitive to wave patterns.”
Tomai said the entire Asbury Park community will benefit from the visuals provided by the boardwalk cams and will help entice new visitors by showcasing “our world class breaks in dynamic live streaming digital.”
The live streaming of city’’s one-acre sandy shoreline will allow public view of the ‘beautiful views of the sea, sun, and sand including the dramatic sunrises and sunsets.’
