Sweet Joey’s featured in new ‘Made in Asbury Park’ series
Eight videos showcasing Asbury businesses to be released this summer
Asbury Park’s custom jeans and vintage apparel shop Sweet Joey’s was selected as the first video in the “Made in Asbury Park” series to be released on YouTube.
The series is produced by Asbury Park Waterfront, master waterfront redeveloper iStar Residential’s marketing initiative, as a means to celebrate thriving Asbury Park businesses.
Eight videos will be introduced this summer to promote a simple concept: “Made in Asbury Park.”
The goal of the series is to spotlight the Asbury Park community for those that may not know about the new and exciting businesses springing up in the area, according to a statement from iStar.
Sweet Joey’s, located at 523 Bangs Avenue in the downtown, is owned and operated by father-son duo Vlad and Joey Pisch.
Along with Sweet Joey’s, viewers can soon expect to see videos that highlight Main Street’s Second Life Bikes, local indie and art flick house The ShowRoom, and Korean taco spot Mogo.
