Site hacked earlier in day for second time

The City of Asbury Park’s official website is back on-line after being taken down by a group of hackers for a second time. The Sun reported earlier today about the hacking of the site, which was restored by late in the afternoon. Online forums have indicated the group responsible are hackers from Turkey.
