Judges pick Billy Mecca, Vivian Taormina for daily, seasonal badge designs

The results are in for this year’s beach badge design contest, and Billy Mecca and Vivian Taormina have been named the winners. The Arts Council of Asbury Park [ArtsCAP] oversaw this year’s contest. Head lifeguard Joe Bongiovanni and Marshall Twinam of Marshall Jackson Partners, a local advertising agency, helped judge the 10 entries this year. […]
