Annual Pugapalooza turns into a Puggin Weekend
Wonder Bar and Empress Hotel to host fundraising events

It’s a weekend celebration in recognition of man’s best friend. The City’s annual Pugapalooza kicks off Friday night and will run through Sunday, organizer Connie Breech said.
