Ocean Grove North End Pavilion Redeveloped as Beachside Cooperative Eatery

A group of entrepreneurs will celebrate the launch their cooperative venture – the Dunes Boardwalk Café – through the weekend. Located at the former Homestead Restaurant along the Ocean Grove boardwalk, the 7,500 square-foot structure remained vacant since Superstorm Sandy.
