Two Asbury Park teenagers have been accused beating a Brick Township resident to death while robbing him, according to court documents. A Monmouth County Grand Jury handed up an indictment Wednesday charging Spencer S. Young, 19, and Jahmir K. Bouie, 18, with second-degree robbery, first-degree felony murder, and first-degree murder.
