Party's host arrested on Ocean Township warrant

A 34-year-old city resident was arrested following Saturday morning’s reported shooting along the 1400 block of Memorial Drive, Asbury Park Police Department spokesman Michael Casey said. Ramses Frage, a host of the party on the block where gunfire was reported, was found to be wanted on an Ocean County warrant during the investigation, Casey said. […]
