Decorative scrims covering the cement and rebar skeleton of the Esperanza building have been installed by waterfront redeveloper Asbury Partners. The scrims are part of the Summer Experience initiative initiated by waterfront redeveloper iStar Financial, which is the majority shareholder in Asbury Partners.
