The Asbury Park City Council is scheduled to hold a workshop meeting at 6 p.m. Monday in council chambers at City Hall.
A public participation session is scheduled to take place near the end of the meeting, prior to comments from city officials. Items on the agenda for the meeting include:
A presentation by Madison Asbury Retail on their plans to shift the proposed Food Truck Court north to the open green area adjacent to the boardwalk in front of the Ocean/Seventh Avenue roundabout.
A presentation by Asbury Partners/iStar Financial on three proposed parking lots in the Waterfront Redevelopment Area.
A presentation by Suburban Consulting on their Springwood Park plans.
A Resilience Community Service presentation by Gail Helfrich.
Items for discussion include Planning Board recommendations on amending the application process for a redevelopment plan and the arcade section of the land development regulation.
