Get the beach chairs, blankets and snacks ready.

The Asbury Park Film Initiative and Shore Flicks have announced their summer schedule.

This marks the sixth year of films on the beach.

Viewings are screened on Shore Flicks’ 16-foot inflatable screen [pictured above].

Held at dusk in front of Langosta Lounge restaurant on the Second Avenue beach, the family-friendly viewings are free to the public but organizers will collect canned goods to benefit area food banks.

The weekly Thursday night schedule is as follows:

July 30 – PEE WEE’S BIG ADVENTURE

August 6 – THE SIMPSONS MOVIE

August 13 – BETTER OFF DEAD

August 20 – JAWS [40th anniversary viewing]

August 27 – THE MUPPET MOVIE (original)
