Two boardwalk businesses — Siculiana’s Pizza and  Sully’s Beach House, Bagels and Ice Cream — have closed their doors.

The boardwalk leases run from Oct. 1 through Sept. 30, and it was agreed that the two businesses would not continue after the summer season, said Carrie Turner, director of retail for boardwalk redeveloper Madison Marquette.

Both businesses opened before the summer of 2010, Turner  said.

Sully’s Beach House was located in the First Avenue Pavilion, and Siculiana’s Pizza in the Third Avenue Pavilion.

Madison Marquette has not announced new tenants for the spaces.
