Two men shot last night on Mattison Avenue
Prosecutor's Office handles investigation

Two men were shot in the 1400 block of Mattison Avenue last night, according to an official with knowledge of the situation.
One man was a 23-year-old from Freehold and the other was a 30-year-old from Bridgeport, Conn., the official said.
The 1400 block of Mattison Avenue is a dead end that extends past Dewitt Avenue and Elizabeth Street.
The Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office is currently investigating the situation.
