Video of a forum for Asbury Park city council candidates is now available online.

The forum was held on the evening of April 30 at the Asbury Park VFW Post 1333. All 22 city council candidates were present. They discussed crime, transparency, redevelopment and more.

Parts one and two are available on the APTV website, asburyparktv.org, and on YouTube. A third part is coming soon, according to the website.

The city council election is set for next Tuesday, May 14. All five city council seats are up for grabs. The current council’s terms expire on June 30, and new four-year terms will begin on July 1.
