Deal PD: Parts of Richmond Remain Closed, Use Caution When Driving

Norwood Avenue [Route 71] has reopened following a large water main break in the area of Richmond Avenue, Deal Police Department has announced.
The large water main break in the area of Richmond Avenue is affecting travel in the area. Richmond Avenue between Roseld and Deal Esplanade remains impassable, officials said. The corridor will remain shuttered until further notice.
Utility companies are on site but officials warn to use extreme caution when traveling in the area, as the roadway has iced over.
