Seasonal CO’s, easement for beach replenishment project on the agenda
The city council is scheduled to meet tonight in council chambers at City Hall. A closed executive session will start at 5 p.m., followed by a workshop session at 6 p.m. and a regular council meeting at 7 p.m.
The following items are on the agenda:
• An application to amend the Jewish War veteran’s bingo license.
• An application on liquor license renewals for the 2013-2014 calendar year.
• A resolution to appoint a planning board alternate and a re-appointment of the tax assessor.
• A resolution to amend a temporary budget.
• A resolution to the bulletproof vest grant.
• A public hearing on an ordinance to give easements to the State of New Jersey for beach replenishment projects along the coast.
• A public hearing on an amendment to establish new seasonal rental regulations to the building and housing section of the city code.
In executive session, the council will discuss contract negotiations for waterfront payment-in-lieu-of-taxes [PILOT] agreements.
