The Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office and the Asbury Park Police Department are investigating a Wednesday night shooting that left a teenage girl wounded, a local police official confirmed

The shooting occurred near 11:11 p.m. in front of 1200 block of Washington Avenue, the official said. A 15-year-old female was wounded but no information has been released pertaining to her condition.
