Officials Seek Public’s Help Finding Sunday Morning Shooter
Male victim shot in face remains in stable condition
An unidentified male shooting victim is in stable condition at an area hospital following early Sunday morning reports of shots fired along Langford Street, Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher Gramiccioni announced via written statement Monday afternoon.
The Asbury Park Police Department responded near 1:11 a.m. Sunday to the area of 100 Langford street, officials said. Officers located two vehicles that were struck by gunfire, but victim.
At approximately 1:36 a.m., the department learned that a male victim had arrived at the local hospital with a gunshot wound to the face. Officials said he was transported to the hospital by a family member after being shot in the area of the gunfire reports.
