One Man Transported to Jersey Shore Following MVA

Giberson: Five Vehicles and Zagster Bikes Damaged In Sunday Accident

One person was transported to Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune following a near 5:20 p.m. Sunday motor vehicle accident at Seventh and Grand avenues, Asbury Park Fire Department Spokesman Garrett Giberson Jr. said.

The fire department was called in to assist due to fluid spills from the vehicles and their EMS squad transported the male victim to the area hospital. No details on his injuries, condition or identity  was available at time of press.


Giberson said a total of five vehicles were damaged as well as a number of the Zagster bicycles.

The collision remains under investigation by the Asbury Park Police Department.
