From Sept 24 to Oct 1 the Asbury Park police department made the following arrests:
SEPT 24
• A 40-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with burglary to a structure and theft of property.
• A 23-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with simple assault.
SEPT 25
• A 53-year-old male from Bowie, MD, was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing in the 1300 block of Langford Street.
• A 46-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of controlled dangerous substances [CDS], possession of drug paraphernalia and hindering apprehension in the 1100 block of Sewall Avenue.
• A 19-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with threatening to kill, burglary to a structure and theft of property in the 100 block of Borden Avenue.
• A 29-year-old male from Ocean Grove was arrested and charged with hindering apprehension and possession of syringe at the intersection of Seventh Avenue and Main Street.
• A 27-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and criminal mischief at Asbury Park police headquarters.
SEPT 26
• A 53-year-old male from Irvington was arrested and charged with shoplifting in the 600 block of Main Street.
• A 34-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with child abuse or neglect in the 1100 block of Sewall Avenue.
• A 27-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 400 block Fourth Ave.
SEPT 27
• A 28-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with hindering apprehension in the 1100 block of First Avenue.
• A 20-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with possession of CDS at the intersection of Springwood and Borden avenues.
• A 25-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with possession of CDS at the intersection of Sewall and Grand avenues.
• A 27-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with possession of CDS in the 10 block of Atkins Avenue.
• A 19-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS at the intersection of Sewall and Grand avenues.
• A 30-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with robbery, unlawful possession of a weapon, obstruction of justice and resisting arrest in the 1100 block of First Avenue.
• A 21-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with hindering apprehension in the 900 block of Summerfield Avenue.
SEPT 28
• A 26-year-old male from Howell was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 900 block of Kingsley Street.
• A 19-year-old female from Easton PA was arrested and charged with simple assault and criminal mischief in the 1100 block of Monroe Avenue.
• A 45-year-old male from Jersey City was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing at the intersection of Second Avenue and Kingsley Street.
• A 22-year-old male from Brick was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
A 22-year-old male from Eatontown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest in the 900 block of Kingsley Street.
• A 32-year-old male from Eatontown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest at the intersection of Second Avenue and Kingsley Street.
• A 22-year-old male from Eatontown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
• A 42-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of a weapon and obstruction of justice in the 1400 block of Springwood Avenue.
SEPT 29
• A 36-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with murder and unlawful possession of a weapon in the 600 block of Church Street.
• A 55-year-old male from Red Bank was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at the Asbury Park transportation center.
• A 34-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing and possession of CDS in the 1200 block of Springwood Avenue.
• An 18-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with resisting arrest and obstruction of justice in the 1600 block of Park Avenue.
• A 35-year-old male from Brick was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and criminal mischief in the 800 block of Ocean Avenue.
SEPT 30
• A 48-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with shoplifting in the 1000 block of Memorial Drive.
• A 38-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and aggravated assault in the 800 block of Bangs Avenue.
• A 25-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with simple assault in the 300 block of Eighth Avenue.
OCT 1
• A 29-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at the intersection of Sewall Avenue and Heck Street.
• A 48-year-old male from Oakhurst was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing in the 1200 block of Springwood Avenue.
