From October 2 through 7, the Asbury Park police department made the following arrests:
OCT 2
• A 45-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 400 block of Ridge Avenue.
• A 21-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with obstructing justice in the 600 block of Pine Street.
• A 19-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 600 block of Pine Street.
• A 41-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of controlled dangerous substances [CDS; marijuana/hash under 50g] at the intersection of Springwood Avenue and Avenue A.
OCT 3
• A 27-year-old male from Englishtown was arrested and charged with possession of CDS [cocaine] and defiant trespassing in the first block of Dewitt Avenue.
• A 50-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at Municipal Plaza.
• A 20-year-old male from Queens, NY, was arrested and charged with making terroristic threats in the 700 block of Fifth Avenue.
• A 26-year-old male from Eatontown was arrested and charged with obstructing justice in the 1600 block of Third Avenue.
• A 27-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at One Municipal Plaza.
• A 34-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with burglary to a structure, criminal mischief, aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a weapon, and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose in the 400 block of Third Avenue.
• A 20-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing in the 900 block of Sewall Avenue.
OCT 4
• A 50-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with burglary to a motor vehicle and theft of property in the 500 block of Cookman Avenue.
• A 27-year-old male from Manasquan was arrested and charged with obstructing justice in the 900 block of Kingsley Street.
• A 25-year-old male from Belmar was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at the intersection of First and Kingsley avenues.
• A 41-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with aggravated assault in the 1300 block of Washington Avenue.
• A 23-year-old female from East Windsor was arrested and charged with simple assault in the 800 block of Fifth Avenue.
• A 21-year-old female from Neptune was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 900 block of Kingsley Street.
• A 20-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with obstructing justice inthe 500 block of Comstock Street.
• A 25-year-old male from Belmar was arrested and charged with failure to disperse at the intersection of First Avenue and Kingsley Street.

• A 31-year-old male from Toms River was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 200 block of Main Street.
• A 20-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with hindering apprehension in the 500 block of Comstock Street.
• A 25-year-old male from Toms River was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 900 block of Kingsley Street.
• A 28-year-old male from Toms River was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 200 block of Main Street.
• A 25-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at the intersection of Washington and Ridge avenues.
• An 18-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with obstructing justice and possession of CDS [cocaine], possession of CDS [heroin] with intent to distribute, possession of CDS [heroin] within 1000 feet of a school zone, and possession of CDS [heroin] with intent to distribute within 500 feet of a public housing complex in the first block of Atkins Avenue.
• A 23-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing in the 1100 block of Atlantic Avenue.
• A 21-year-old male from Long Branch was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing in the 1100 block of Atlantic Avenue.
• An 18-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing in the 1100 block of Atlantic Avenue.
• A 20-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing in the 1100 block of Atlantic Avenue.

• A 26-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with simple assault and obstructing justice in the 100 block of Memorial Drive.
• A 23-year-old female from Neptune City was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia at the intersection of Asbury Avenue and Emory Street.
• A 54-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS [cocaine] in the 1300 block of Washington Avenue.
• A 21-year-old male from Lake Como was arrested and charged with possession of CDS [cocaine] in the 900 block of Main Street.
• A 20-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with obstructing justice at One Municipal Plaza.
• A 54-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with possession of CDS [marijuana/hash under 50g] and possession of drug paraphernalia at the intersection of Atkins Avenue and McKinley Street.
• A 21-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS [marijuana/hash under 50g] and tampering with evidence in the 900 block of Sunnerfield Avenue.
• A 36-year-old male from Red Bank was arrested and charged with possession of CDS [marijuana/hash under 50g] possession of drug paraphernalia, and defiant trespassing in the 600 block of Fifth Avenue.

• A 41-year-old female from Neptune Township was arrested and charged with failure to appear in court at the intersection of Fourth and Grand avenues.
• A 47-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with obstructing justice in the 1300 block of Springwood Avenue.
• A 36-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing in the 600 block of Second Avenue.
• A 34-year-old male from Rahway was arrested and charged with possession of CDS [cocaine], possession of CDS [marijuana under 50g], possession of CDS [heroin] with intent to distribute, and possession of CDS [heroin] within a school zone.
• A 31-year-old male from Eatontown was arrested and charged with possession of CDS [marijuana under 50g] in the 1100 block of Bond Street.
