Eatontown Woman Arrested on Drug and Prostitution Charges
The 32-year-old found with heroin, Xanax and drug paraphernalia
A Wednesday night patrol in the area of the Super 8 Motel on Route 35 by Ocean Township Police resulted in the arrest of a 32-year-old woman for drug and prostitution charges, according to news release by the Det. Lt. Timothy Torchia.
Rachel Ann Falkiewicz of Eatontown was charged with engaging in an act of prostitution, possession of heroin and a hypodermic syringe and drug paraphernalia. She was also found to have outstanding traffic warrants from Middletown, Oceanport, Freehold, and Red Bank.
According to the news statement Detectives Chris Brady, Michael Legg and Raheem Carter were in the area when they observed a suspicious vehicle parked in the lot.
Falkiewicz, the vehicle’s lone occupant, provided false information in order to conceal her identity but an investigation found that she not only had outstanding warrants but was at the motel with the intent to engage in prostitution. She was placed under arrest and subsequently found to in possession of heroin, Xanax, a hypodermic needle and various items of drug paraphernalia, according to the news report.
Falkiewicz was remanded to Monmouth County Jail, where she will remain until time of her first appearance before a superior court judge.
