Mayor’s Wellness Committee Hosts Free CPR Training
Life Saving Course Included AED Use & Rescuing A Choking Victim

The Mayor’s Wellness Committee held its first free CPR training course this week.
The American Heart Association course led participants through the hands-only cardiopulmonary resuscitation method, how to use an automated external defibrillator, and the best practice for saving a choking victim.
Hackensack Meridian Health Registered Nurse Marie Lehmann administered the Family & Friends course along with Community Outreach Instructor Kimberly Crowley and Project Coordinator Catherine Rao.
