The Asbury Park City Council is scheduled to hold a workshop meeting at 6 p.m. Monday in Council Chambers at City Hall, located at 1 Municipal Plaza.

A public participation session is scheduled to take place near the end of the meeting, after comments from city officials. Items on the agenda for the meeting include:

• A presentation by boardwalk redeveloper Madison Marquette with regard to extending its North Eats Food Truck Court hours and guidelines established last year by the City Council.

• The governing body will discuss updates to its property maintenance codes as well as the sale of land to the Westside Community Center for a nominal cost.
