Special event considerations include Springwood Park Summer Music Series
The Asbury Park City Council is scheduled to hold a workshop meeting at 6 p.m. Monday in council chambers at City Hall, located at 1 Municipal Plaza.
The public participation session takes place near the end of the meeting, after comments from city officials. Items on the agenda for the meeting include:
Special events application for the 81st Annual Easter Parade, slated for March 27; the Fifth Annual Asbury Park Restaurant Tour, slated for May 1; Punk Rock Bowling at Stone Pony’s Summer Stage, slated for June 11 and 12; Asbury Park Music Foundation’s Springwood Avenue Park Summer Concert Series, slated for Mondays June 27 to Aug. 29; and Clean Ocean Action’s Sandy Paws dog walking fundraiser, slated for Sept. 24; as well as wedding applications.
